We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: email, display name, profile image, and identifiers from Steam (SteamID) or FACEIT (Faceit ID, nickname, ELO, level) when you link those accounts.
• Demo data: when you upload a CS2 demo, we parse it to extract events and derived metrics. The raw .dem file is deleted immediately after parsing.
• Generated reports: AI coaching reports based on your match metrics.
• Usage data: pages visited and features used. We do not use third-party analytics that fingerprint visitors.

We use your data to:

• Provide the coaching service (parse demos, compute metrics, generate reports).
• Display your match history and dashboards.
• Communicate service updates and respond to your requests.
• Improve benchmarks using anonymized aggregated statistics.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your demos to train AI models.

We share limited data with the following processors:

• Steam (Valve Corp.) — OpenID authentication when you sign in with Steam.
• FACEIT — OAuth authentication and API access to fetch your ELO, level, and match list when you link your FACEIT account.
• AI provider — we send match metrics (not your raw demo) to our AI coaching provider to generate reports. No personally identifiable information is included in the prompts.
• Hosting — our servers are hosted on OVHcloud in the European Union.

• Raw demo files: deleted immediately after parsing (never stored).
• Match metrics and reports: retained until you delete your account.
• Account data: retained until you delete your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data (right to be forgotten).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS-only connections, encrypted database connections, and regular security updates. No system is perfectly secure — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
