We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: email, display name, profile image, and identifiers from Steam (SteamID) or FACEIT (Faceit ID, nickname, ELO, level) when you link those accounts.
• Demo data: when you upload a CS2 demo, we parse it to extract events and derived metrics. The raw .dem file is deleted immediately after parsing.
• Generated reports: AI coaching reports based on your match metrics.
• Usage data: pages visited and features used. We do not use third-party analytics that fingerprint visitors.

We use your data to:

• Provide the coaching service (parse demos, compute metrics, generate reports).
• Display your match history and dashboards.
• Communicate service updates and respond to your requests.
• Improve benchmarks using anonymized aggregated statistics.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your demos to train AI models.

Service providers may process data for hosting, database storage, email/support, payments, authentication, anti-spam, and analytics when consent is granted. This includes OVH, Hetzner, Infomaniak, Stripe, Resend, Steam, FACEIT, Turnstile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics where enabled.

• Raw demo files: stored temporarily for processing, then deleted after the analysis job reaches a completed or failed state.
• Match metrics, reports, replay-derived data, and training plans: retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• Account, billing, and support data: retained as needed for account operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, support, and security.

You can export your data or delete your account from Settings where available. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data (right to be forgotten).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, locale, security, upload, billing, and account linking. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are loaded only after consent. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS-only connections, encrypted database connections, and regular security updates. No system is perfectly secure — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
