Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ClutchCoach you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ClutchCoach is an AI-powered coaching platform for Counter-Strike 2 players. We parse .dem demo files, compute behavioral metrics, and generate coaching reports. We are not affiliated with Valve, FACEIT, or Counter-Strike. Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required by law in your country. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. One person — one account.

You agree not to:

• Upload demos you do not own or do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or cheat.
• Resell or redistribute coaching reports without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right unless you start using a paid feature immediately, in which case you waive this right. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by ClutchCoach. You retain ownership of the demos you upload. By uploading demos, you grant us a limited license to parse and process them to provide the Service. Coaching reports generated for you are yours to keep, but the underlying pipeline and AI prompts remain our property.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Coaching reports are informational and do not guarantee improvement in your gameplay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClutchCoach's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by French law, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
