Trade coaching now checks distance first
ClutchCoach no longer treats every teammate death as a missed trade when you were too far away to reasonably refrag.
- Trade opportunities are now counted only when you are alive and close enough to the fight.
- Far-away teammate deaths are excluded from trade-rate criticism.
- Reports now tell the AI not to blame missed trades when the real issue is spacing, lurk distance, or no trade window.
