3. Payment and renewal

5. Cancellation
Users can cancel a subscription from the account settings or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not automatic unless required by law or explicitly approved by ClutchCoach.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
For EU consumers, digital service access may start immediately after purchase. Where legally valid, immediate access can limit or remove the 14-day withdrawal right once the paid digital service has begun. Refund requests are reviewed case by case through support. The checkout flow should keep this wording visible before payment.
7. Age, law, and disputes
Paid use is reserved for users aged 18 or older. These Sales Terms are governed by French law. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, disputes fall under the competent French courts. Consumer mediation details must be completed once the final French business registration is active.
