ClutchCoach uses a small number of cookies and similar storage technologies. Necessary cookies keep the product working. Optional analytics are only loaded after consent.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies or storage entries are required for the service: authentication sessions, locale preference, Steam callback state, FACEIT OAuth/PKCE state, upload flow state, anti-abuse checks, admin sessions, and security controls. They cannot be disabled from the site without breaking core features.
2. Analytics cookies
ClutchCoach may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand aggregate product usage, page performance, and acquisition sources. These tools are loaded only after the user accepts optional cookies in the consent banner. IP anonymization is enabled where supported.
3. Third-party services
Depending on the feature used, third-party services may process technical data or set their own technical cookies/tokens: Steam and FACEIT for account linking, Stripe for checkout and billing portal access, Turnstile for spam protection, Resend and Infomaniak for email/support workflows, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for optional analytics, OVH and Hetzner for hosting.
4. Managing consent
You can accept or reject optional analytics cookies from the banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, uploads, billing, contact forms, or admin features from working.
