4. Intellectual property
ClutchCoach, its interface, copy, visuals, code, reports, and product elements are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, extraction, scraping, resale, or reuse without permission is prohibited.
5. Third-party trademarks
ClutchCoach is not affiliated with Valve Corporation, FACEIT, Steam, or Counter-Strike. Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, CS2, Steam, FACEIT, and related names or assets belong to their respective owners.
6. User uploads and reports
Users remain responsible for the demo files and content they upload. Raw demo files are processed for analysis and then removed after the job reaches a terminal state. Generated reports, statistics, replay-derived data, billing data, support requests, and account data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
