Quick diagnosis
If the report is generating, wait a few minutes and reload the page.
If the match stays stuck, use the unlock button when available.
For PDF export, use the report export button and open or save the file from your browser.
Data is used for metrics, reports and plans. Account settings let you export or delete it.
When something looks stuck, check the match state before starting another upload.
Avoid
Uploading the same file multiple times while analysis is already running.
Sharing a report publicly if it contains data you want private.
Deleting your account when you only want to remove old analysis.
