Analysis issues, PDF and privacy

Goal

What to do when analysis is stuck, PDF export does not open, or you want to control stored data.

Quick diagnosis

• If the report is generating, wait a few minutes and reload the page.

• If the match stays stuck, use the unlock button when available.

• For PDF export, use the report export button and open or save the file from your browser.

• Data is used for metrics, reports and plans. Account settings let you export or delete it.

When something looks stuck, check the match state before starting another upload.

Avoid

• Uploading the same file multiple times while analysis is already running.

• Sharing a report publicly if it contains data you want private.

• Deleting your account when you only want to remove old analysis.
