  • Do 10 to 20 minutes of targeted drill, not a vague warmup.

  • Play 3 to 5 matches with the same focus.

  • Return to the dashboard to see whether the related metric improves.

The right routine is short, repeatable and tied to a measurable signal.

Classic traps

  • Confusing volume with training. Playing more does not automatically fix the issue.

  • Changing routine every day.

  • Training aim when the report is about trade, timing or positioning.
